Python Developer

Job Description:

·         3+ years of proven work experience using Python and Django building RESTful API’s using PostgreSQL / MSSQL

·         Strong Experience in Python Coding skills and understanding of python best practices (PEP8)

·         Strong understanding of Django ORM, SQL and solid relational database skills.

·         Understanding of the treading limitations of python and multi-process architecture.

·         Develop and deliver a complete Web application built on Python i.e. Python 3.0 using Django, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs. Web MVC and Postgres.

·         Utilizing Python libraries for web application, Postgres DB and integration with third party email, messaging services, file format conversion, download internal/external services.

·         Knowledge of RESTful interface design, OAuth2, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP, Unix/Linux, UML, Bash/Sh, Kafka, Redis.

·          

Optional:

·         Experience using Docker and orchestration, such as, Mesos or Kubernetes.

·         Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja2.

·         Perform test plan preparation and unit, API and end to end testing.

·         Develops unit tests to validate systems, applications, portals, models and micro-services.

·         Performing efficient delivery of code based on principles of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and continuous integration to keep in line with Agile Software Methodologies.

·         Performs or oversees the investigation and resolution of complex and critical data, system, and software issues in the production environment.

·         Create and coordinate the workflow between the DBA’s and cooperate with the front-end developers along with Scrum Master, to identify specification and implement the elegant features and solutions.
